Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are one of nature’s ancient supper foods. In just 1 serving of Chia seeds (3 tablespoons ) there are 12 grams of dietary fiber, 5 grams of protein, no sugar and no trans fat. They are so easy to add to your diet. 2 of my favorite ways are to add them to my morning smoothies and chia pudding which I will list the recipe for. You can use chia seeds to replace eggs in baking. They are so versatile that you can even you use them to make your own sugar free and pectin free all natural jam. Chia Pudding

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

1-2 teaspoons of raw honey

1 tablespoon of Organic coco powder( optional ) 

add all ingredients to bowl ( except coco ) and stir well

place in refrigerator for 5 minutes remove and stir again

place back in refrigerator for 5 minutes remove then add coco and stir well

place back in refrigerator stirring every 5 minutes until the consistency of pudding
